Cost & Time Estimate: After evaluating the complexity of the design, our artisans will calculate the cost and production time based on the required techniques and materials.

Quotation & Minimum Order Quantity: We’ll send you a detailed quote along with the minimum order quantity required for production.

Sample Fee & Sample Delivery: Upon agreeing to the quote, we’ll collect a sample fee and send you the first physical sample for review.

Feedback & Revisions: We value your feedback! If adjustments are needed, we’ll modify the design and send you an updated sample. We’ll continue this process until you’re completely satisfied with the sample.

Contract Signing & Deposit: Once the design is finalized, we’ll sign a purchase agreement and request a 30% deposit to begin mass production.

Final Payment & Shipment: After quality inspection and approval, the final payment is due, and we’ll ship your order directly to you.
